Walks in The Alps, location General Area
The Alps are undoubtedly the greatest and most well known mountain range in Europe, stretching as they do, from the French Mediterranean coast for over 1000km to approach Vienna in Austria. I have posted walks here in 3 regions of the Western Alps, based around the Swiss valleys of Grindelwald and Zermatt and that of Chamonix over the border in France with more walks and regions planned as soon as I return to this fascinating part of the world.
